Hi, on my PC, the fossil ui shows the correct local time when I uncheck
UTC. However, in Ubuntu, unchecking the UTC flag does not make a
difference, it keeps showing UTC. I've checked and my machine has the right
timezone. Any tips?

Current default time zone: 'America/Los_Angeles'
Local time is now: Tue Sep 4 17:11:55 PDT 2012
Universal time is now: Wed Sep 5 00:11:55 UTC 2012

The problem appears to be inside the fossil sqlite engine (fossil sql) I
got from "apt-get install fossil". SELECT datetime('now','localtime')
returns the UTC time. The "apt-get install sqlite" version of sqlite does
yield the right time.

Thanks in advance.

Respectfully,
Tim
