All of these checksum mismatches show that you have a corrupt repository.
Any idea on how this came to be?

If you have a complete repository on another machine - a repository that
passes "test-integrity" -  then it would be good to simply replace the one
on the server with the one that is good.  That will be the easiest
remediation.  Otherwise, I can try to talk you through steps that might
recover the server repo, but that will be an arduous journey.
