Hello, if I understand correctly, the Tickets system lacks a 'Ticket Search page'.
It allows to create Ticket Reports, but I think it would be nice if it allowed also to create 'Ticket Search pages'. That'd look like html+th1 (like New Ticket), but the result operation would be a sql query, and would be available as a list of pages next to ticket reports. Every user could create their search pages, like reports. We use tickets a lot, and have lots of them, and we don't find the creation of multiple reports easy enough to handle. What do you think? Any volunteer?
