Using the Fossil I compiled with MinGW, I noticed something strange: Running "fossil add" on a file that's already part of the repository, Fossil re-adds it: C:\Projects\Php\dummy>fossil ls [...] Php/dummy/test2.html C:\Projects\Php\dummy>fossil add *.html [...] ADDED Php/dummy/test2.html Is this standard?
