Ah ok. I've tried a new clone of fossil, and in the new clone it works.

In three repositories I have, I see the missing 'oldstyle' comments. But how is
it that I see the effect only after 'rebuild'? If it's related to rebuild, what
can it be? Is th1 code run at rebuild?

I keep on trying to find this out :)
