I'm pretty confident that it is not the right solution. I was up late
working on other stuff with a trunk build, noticed the error message on
the page, and did the quickest thing to fix it. Now that I actually put
thought into it, I don't know why you would want/need case-insensitivity
in the web pages either.
My proposal would be to remove the use of
the function filename_collation() in those web-pages,
such that the "case-sensitive" setting no longer has
effect on those web-pages. This is implemented in
[c967b6619f] <http://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/info/c967b6619f>. I
cannot find any problems with that.
