Well, here is my concrete proposal: <https://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/info/34ed0afc8a> No existing scripts will break because the original option is retained, but it is no longer documented. It turns out that JSON used "files" for --showfiles and json_page_stat uses "full" which means the about same. Naming all of those -v|--verbose seems the best option. Any more remarks?
