Thank you.  However, the "trunk" link looks the same - many files are "gone".  
When I press the "All" link I see the old files.

It appears that Fossil interpreted the incremental import as a "fresh" import 
rather than a set of "deltas" (hope I am describing this in a way that can be 
understood)  Indeed, when I click "All" and click on one of the old files, I 
see "Deleted by [latest check-in]"  In the git repository, the file is still 
there.

Also, any idea on why the files that "survived" the check in appear as file 
creations rather than small changes?
