Not much constructive criticism from me, but instead let me say this looks good and useful. Minimal workflow and pointers where to go from here. I like the verbatim command-line dialog as well. If you want, you might - as an advertisement tool so to say - point the user towards the Fossil main site (why isn't there a link already..?) and mention early in your text that this is a self-hosting repository. (Being able to see how it works hands-on was a big reason for me giving it a try.) In section 'Managing Project Files', you have 'fossil status' twice in a row, btw.
