I was using it for cowlark.com, but gave up in favour of running fossil
in inetd (and then having nginx proxy to the inetd session). I can't
remember all the details now. I'm still using fcgiwrap for ordinary CGI
scripts, though; it works really well.

Hmm. I did have to do a bunch of fossil hackery to work round minor bugs
in path handling, which are all in my branch, but haven't been merged to
trunk yet...
