Richard, I'm pretty happy with the state of the csstree branch
now. Unless I'm overlooking something, I'd say it can be merged
anytime. Let me know if there's anything you'd like me to change.
I compiled it and ran it but found the output hard to read. I think
the problem is that the descending lines that come out of the bottom
of folders do not terminate at the list subelement of that folder, but
instead appear to keep going down into the next sibling of the folder.
I've made some small tweaks that hopefully improve things in this regard.
