I'm sure NSI would be fine but I barely have the bandwidth to do Inno Setup
which I already know how to use. If I do this I'll be using what I know. Of
course if someone else took it on I'd be thrilled regardless of what
installer they used.

If the NSI stuff is already there why is fossil not currently delivered as
an installable binary?
