It's reall cool that annotate and diff can now show differences between UTF-8 and UTF-16LE files. But at the same time, we also do need the "test/utf16le.txt" file to be UTF16LE, so that we can also test the UTF16 display capability. Can you please do another commit to change the file back to UTF16LE.
