LOL: having just done some basic tests... once compression is applied to
the checkin records (fossil always compresses them), the difference in size
is close to negligible for small/medium repos. The above commit, when
compressed with the "compress" program (which is _basically_ how fossil
compresses them) leads to a size difference of only 10 bytes (vs a diff of
12888 bytes before compression). i.e. delta manifests might not actually
buy any space savings, once db-level data-block sizes accounted for.
