I missed the part about you not wanting to set "IP address terms used in
login cookie" to 0.  Let me encourage you to do that - it really isn't a
big deal for logins other than "anonymous" and it sounds like you are using
non-anonymous logins so it shouldn't be a factor for you.

What don't you like about setting "IP address terms used in login cookie"
to 0?
