Not a problem.  Fortunately it didn't take too long to track down
since I started binary searching on cgi.c itself instead of the entire
codebase like I normally would.  The only two commits left for the
entire codebase after that were an edit to the changelog and a version
bump to 1.28, so I knew that the issue was indeed with cgi.c.

I definitely will.  Nginx is pretty much the only web server I use
nowadays, and now that I am using Fossil more and more everyday
(mostly from being disappointed/frustrated with Git), if any problems
arise, I will probably be the first person to report it.  :)

In any case, I won't file a bug report now, seeing as you fixed the
issue so quickly.  Thank you.
