[fossil extras]
[fossil all extra]
Why?
Seems to me since the official, full command name is [fossil extras],
[fossil all] should also allow its extra-file-lister subcommand to be
spelled "extras" or any unambiguous prefix thereof, e.g. "extra".
$ fossil extras
tune.tcl
$ fossil all extras
"all" subcommand should be one of: changes clean extra ignore list ls
push pull rebuild sync
