Yes, it does appear that we were talking about different hooks. I did not alter anything with content_put_ex or verify_before_commit. I must admit, modifying this part of the code has been scary, so any code review is welcome. :-) >From what I could tell, the MC_PERMIT_HOOK passed into manifest_crosslink_end() mainly dealt with custom TH1 scripts that might be executed but seemed to have no bearing on whether or not things should be COMMITed or ROLLBACKed.
