For this fossil release, I built win32 and win64 versions following the instructions here (using latest mingw-w64 based on gcc 3.8.2): <http://fossil-scm.org/index.html/info/edab7bb5c9> You can download the resulting binaries here: <http://sourceforge.net/projects/cyqlite/files/fossil/> There is one additional change I made in the embedded sqlite3.c, which allows fossil to use repository paths up to 1040 bytes in stead of the normal 260 bytes.
