I'm asking for the web UI equivalent of /artifact - s, instead of:
http://host.domain/artifact/hash
I want:
http://host.domain/artifact/name?ci=tag
(where tag could be 'tip', branch name or some other tag)
(I tried several variations with both artifact and raw, but none I tried
worked.)
