By browsing through the archive I see thera was(is) some attempt to integrate Fossil within Emacs' VC environment, but it looks it's not much active, so I wonder if Fossil & Emacs users are simply using CLI instead?
Git's integration via Magit is nice, but I'm aware that Git's UI complexity makes the difference in comparison with the Fossil.
