Thanks for tracking this down.  I don't know why webpages were ever
callable from the command-line in the first place.  This probably has
something to do with the "help" system, but I'm busy with other things
right now and don't have time to track it down.  I did check in a patch
that prevents webpages from being called as commands, which fixes the
immediate problem.  But it seems like a hack.  Probably the code needs to
be cleaned up.  I'll work on it more when time permits.
