To answer that i'd need to know what Jira needs. My use of Jira has been
limited to the end-user role - i have NO clue what data it likes to have
for inputs. (That said, i quite like Jira, as far as ticket systems go. We
get a surprising amount of utility out of the Confluence/Jira combo at my
current customer's site.)
