Hello,
I just installed Fossil version 2014-06-12 on windows 7. Timezone on the system
is set to Eastern Time (UTC-5:00). I unchecked option Admin -> Timeline -> Use
Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), but when I try to open a new ticket time in
fields Date and Last Change still comes up in UTC. Also, I set environment
variable TZ=EST5EDT, but it didn't help. Option Admin -> Timeline -> Use
Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) is unchecked now and it says that "On this
server, local time is currently 5.0 hours behind UTC".
Is there any way I can set Fossil that it will use local time instead of UTC?
