Depends on the tools I suppose; I don't imagine that yahoo.fr gives you many options, however, it is common practice for people who communicate on mailing lists to use email addresses that are different from their ``primary'' email address as a simple way of stopping spam. I have configured my MUA to use a timestamped unique email address for every unknown recipient which guarantees that if you respond to an email that I have sent to you, I will receive it for a period of time, after which it will automatically expire and further replies will require human thought to solve a problem (e.g. you will get a bounce indicating that the email address has expired and with instructions to send the email instead to a new email address---I don't know of any spam bots that have figured out how to deal with this).
