Except don't need fossil on build system, but you can download again and
get whatever is in trunk. You can also monitor for changes via RSS:

This is great. Do you know if there's an rss feed for sqlite?
I think it would be really handy if either project had a visible location to
the rss feed i.e. http://www.fossil-scm.org/rss or somewhere on the timeline
page: http://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?y=ci since this pertains
to the timeline of the project.
