Admittedly, I didn't catch but this morning I thought more history was previously displayed when you review a tag. Interestingly, if you go older, you can see more checkins: http://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?r=svn-import_no-svn-rev&nd&c=2015-02-15+19%3A34%3A03&n=200 but then I don't know if the header is right since the 22nd isn't really around the 15th.
