Been over 10 years since I did any serious web work (was "moonlight" work I did for a friend). I didn't do the page designs. I just coded around the provided (generated) HTML. I suspect frame support will remain in webbrowsers for years to come. Deprecating frames was probably easy. But it's iframes I've always hated.
