Though I almost never make "real" changes from the Windows side, this time I needed to make a proposed changed available for review while I was out of the office with only my Windows laptop, so I did checkin from Windows, rather than following my normal work flow. And neither "fossil changes" nor "fossil ci" did not warn me about that.
