Key, in this case, is that it defaults to uncompressed SVG, rather than SVGZ, 
which makes it Fossil-friendly.

SVGZ is more common in tools that are targeting web display, since that makes 
the files much smaller from web servers that aren’t doing gzip compression 
already.
