fossil up 3fc31bf75c src/arngui/BitmapFont.cpp
or if you prefer
cd src/arngui
fossil up 3fc31bf75c BitmapFont.cpp
When you specify a file with "fossil up", it doesn't switch your current
checkout the specified version, it just bring version of the file you
ask for. So on next commit, you will have your file back on your "sound"
branch.
Hope this help..
