Ah, with 'sitemap' you mean the liste at 'More...' menu-item - I misunderstood. Actually... the sitemap has only links that are not displayed in the menu bar - at least that's the intent (I read). I think the wiki-/timeline-/ticket-related entries in the sitemap do not already occur in the main menu. Did you mean something else? To me it makes sense the way it is, I think (that is, docs-entry in main menu and in the quickmenu (or what's it called) on the right).
