Gitter has an IRC bridge, but gitter's re-editing facility results in duplicated posts which can be confusing and tiresome. I agree that we don't want to tie DRH up with constant live chat; it seems to cost Nenad (Red) too much. A forum then... Newlisp has roughly the same number of members as Fossil and they use a Forum (phpBB, http://www.newlispfanclub.alh.net/forum/index.php)
