Isn’t that supposed to append your string to the icomment field, not look for a
+icomment column?
What do you get from
$ fossil sql '.schema ticketchng'

If your other DBs were up to date except for this recent change, you could just
copy one of those clones over and use that as the new master. You’ll have to
set up some things that fossil clone doesn’t copy over (e.g. user passwords)
but it might be less trouble than fixing the broken repo.
