The reason --skin was not working on windows was different from the above. It should be fixed now. I tested by running (on Windows): fossil ui --skin skins/blitz From the root directory of the Fossil source tree. Note that you still need to use forward-slash characters (not backslash) in the skin name so that Fossil knows that you mean a directory and not one of the built-in skins. -- D.
