Hi, I was reading [1] and I found that it says "langauge" instead of "language". I tried to loging anonymously and open a ticket, but the only feature habilitated for such profile in the tickets tab was to search for tickets, so I report the issue here instead. I remember that you could create tickets anonymously before, but maybe that was disabled by anti-SPAM policies.
