The check-in name can be a branch name, or tag, or a date-time stamp, or a hash prefix, or some combination like: https://whatever.dom/fossil/tarball/trunk:2018-01-01/download.tar.gz In the previous, it will give you the last check-in on trunk prior to 2018-01-01. To get the latest trunk check-in, do this: https://whatever.dom/fossil/tarball/trunk/download.tar.gz -- D.
