Hi Martin, I was not able to reproduce this error and I cant see anything wrong with the line referenced below in the current top-of-tree http://fossology.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/fossology/trunk/fossology/utils/fo-installdeps?revision=1754&view=markup
Can update to the latest revision and re-run utils/fo-installdeps? Please capture all output and send to the list.
