Not very helpful is it? This fact has been discussed in the team, looks
like it's time to discuss it again.
To find out the list of available agents, use fossjobs -a, it seems that
both the man pages for cp2foss and fossjobs should list the default agents.
As for your folder,
If the job is not done (especially unpacking) it may be empty. If your
job is done and it was supposed to go in that folder, then something is
wrong.
When you use cp2foss (try man cp2foss), the default is to use the
Software Repository folder (that is the Top or root folder), if no path
is specified with -f. The top folder is always shown when you use the
browse menu.
If your job is done and you can not see it in the top folder or the
folder you thought you asked it to be in...
1. Do you see any other folders? (maybe it's in those)
2. Something is wrong.
3. If it got put in the wrong folder, that's wrong.
I would need to see the cp2foss line used to to do the upload to help
further. Hope that helps.
Here are some examples:
With a folder (folder doesn't have to exist, it will get created)
cp2foss -f myfolder -q all zap.tar.bz2
This will upload the archive zap.tar.bz2 and use that for the name of
the upload. The upload will go in the folder 'myfolder' and all
analysis agents will be run.
cp2foss zap.tar.bz2
This will upload the archive zap.tar.bz2 and use that for the name of
the upload. The upload will go in the folder Software Repository and
NO analysis agents will be run.
The archive will be uploaded and unpacked (files are always unpacked).
