What is going on is that when you specify an alternate name with -n, for some reason that name is not used. I'm looking into it now and will be fixing it as soon as I find the problem. To address your situation: The file you uploaded was called fossologytest.zip. That is the file you should see under the tmp folder. That is the file that can be deleted. This defect exists in 1.1.0 and in our TOT source code. We will probably release a 1.1.1 to fix this problem. In the sort term, know that cp2foss or the ui will when uploading from a URL will not rename the upload if -n is used. It will use the name of the upload as the name to store in the repository. This defect does not occur when uploading from file. It does occur when uploading from server or from url. Hope that helps and thanks for asking for help. It was only through your asking that we found the defect. --- Mark Donohoe
