My advice here would be to create a "fossology-release" or "fossology-
repo" RPM (or some other name you prefer) which installs the .repo
file for the user and possibly your GPG signing key should you ever
use one. This is common practice for 3rd party repositories and makes
it easy for users to install the repo (simply a rpm -uvh command
away).
