Hello Fellow Fossologers.
Is there a way to add more debug info to the /var/log/fossology/fossology.log
for emails? The log does not have subject, recipient info. etc.
I have a user working remotely that is not receiving all of the report emails.
The fossology.log and maillog show 4 emails sent for 4 uploaded files.
I do not have access to the maillog and I cannot run mailq or examine
/var/spool/clientmqueue or /var/spool/mqueue. I do have access to our central
logging facility website.
The timestamps for emails in the fossology.log are shortly after the upload
timestamps below.
For example:
upload_pk | upload_ts | ufile_name
-----------+-------------------------------+---------------------------
734 | 2012-08-14 10:10:21.722502-05 | cobertura-1.9.2-src.zip
733 | 2012-08-14 10:09:27.096826-05 | cobertura-1.9.4-src.zip
732 | 2012-08-14 09:48:40.976477-05 | cobertura-1.9.4.1-src.zip
The user did not receive a report for the file #733. (This is not a complete
list.)
Thanks,
Ray Westphal
