It may be worth noting that this is the 2nd Release Candidate (RC) for 
FOSSology version 2.1. We now believe this is pretty close to the official 
release, and it may be worth your time to install & test it in your test or 
integration environments. If you encounter any issues please let us know as 
soon as possible. Otherwise, if our final testing uncovers no further issues, 
we expect to complete the final release in about a week. At that time we will 
send an announcement of the final release of FO 2.1.

The FOSSology Project is pleased to announce RC2 packages for FOSSology 2.1.0. 
The upstream source tarball used to build the packages can be found here:

Unofficial install packages on the following platforms & distros are now 
available for download and testing:

RPM Packages (rhel6/centos6, fedora15, fedora17 for i386 and x86_64)

To use yum install, you need to edit the repo file, /etc/yum.repo.d/:
1. Rhel/CentOS repo file need add following lines:

    # FOSSology release candidates and other special builds
    [fossology-testing]

2. Fedora repo file need add following lines:

New features/enhancements include:

• You can now correct the nomos scanner if it misidentified a license.
• There are two new command line utilities to get a license and copyright list

• Upload from Server can now select the server on a FOSSology cluster.
