It is one of the 3 at <ly_trip.html#reported>, “Reported Flags” among
“Historical Flags of Tripoli” in our very own FotW-ws. Is there a way to
avoid having classified as UFEs flags we already have in our site?

Besides, this page <ly_trip.html> could use some work concerning its
structure. I is never too much to insist that in FotW-ws regular pages
(of wich this one is an example) should be structured as heading + flag
image + text, the repeated and nested as many times as needed.

The RVW stripped flags should be in a separate section (and their
discussion?), the RW/RY ones, perhaps akin to the previous, in another,
and the three-crescent flag in yet another section. Jaume’s, Ralf’s,
Željko’s, Ivan’s and Klaus-Michael’s contributions should be cut and
pieced onto the several subjects they cover, not just pasted on top of
each other.

Also, the section <ly_f0fxx.html#tripoli> belongs in <ly_trip.html>;
sorting flags by source is not what we do (though many editors are doing
this with _Book of All Kingdoms_ [f0fXX], some with more excuse that the
case at hand) — a page for “Libya in the "Book of All Kingdoms"” has as
much sense as a page for “Libya in the "French Navy ALbum"” or “Libya in
the "FTTAAATW"”.
