I made the attached <qz_ispu.gif>. This was originally created in 1971 as 
an intergovernmental organization (or an agency within Comecon?), but now 
seems to be an international “multinational” private company (which would 
be tagged as QZ instead of QW if the 2003 project of full implementation 
of ISO 3166-1 in FotW-ws had been made real).
