That's a good point. It reminded me of the advisory board wiki, which
I just checked and found full of junk and spam with no useful edits in
a long time. Any activity there was drowned out by the creation of
accounts, user pages, templates (not sure it needed AfD...), and
off-topic pages. I've moved the content to meta and I'm guessing that
the strategy content would be better off there as well.
