I believe you would send an e-mail to the audit-l mailing list ([email protected]). There's more information about the list (or proof that it's real, at least) here: https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/audit-l The wikimediafoundation.org and meta.wikimedia.org pages are spectacularly unhelpful and I have no idea why the mailing list index would omit this entry. I'll try to correct the former issues. I don't know who can correct the latter.
