Right, strictly speaking the issue is with the danger of "prejudicial
labelling",
which is a "tool for censorship" (according to AMA); prejudicial labelling is
not
-in itself- censorship.
I can imagine how people can get tired/are lazy/don't want to split hairs. :-)
