I tried the same upgrade on another system with the same specs. The updates went like a charm. If i try to update my spare system with the same hardware (chassis, management, etc) it fails with the following error message:
The code type 5 and the subtype 3 are not for this HW, abort! File Type check failed. TFTP to Flash Error - code 8.
