First glance it looks like a problem in the environment. I know, that's
the easy answer :)
Did you run make in ./packages/apps/busybox/devboard ? Also, make
menuconfig is run in this same directory to change busybox.
I had a lot of trouble with making changes to busybox until I finally
worked this out.
